The SDO gateway cannot be used to read out codes
>C2000 or codes of the Inverter Drives 8400 and Servo
Drives 9400.
When selecting a setting 0, all code read/write acces-
ses will be redirected to the system bus device with the
corresponding node address.
The codes are accessed via the SDO1 parameter chan-
nel of the target device. The source or target of the
code accesses is defined in C0371.
